North Woods Finishing is hiring for the following positions

North Woods Finishing is located in a 25,000 square foot facility in Isanti, MN. We specialize in the wood finishing industry and finish projects for both residential and commercial companies.

We currently employ 16 full time employees are looking to hire people ASAP in the following areas:

 

Sprayer: 1-2 Positions available: FULL-TIME POSITION

We're growing and looking for an EXPERIENCED individual to join our fast growing team!

We are looking for someone that is loyal, organized and precise. You must have 1+ years previous experience, be quality conscious, consistent, dependable and prepared to take on tasks as assigned. You also must be detail oriented and take pride in a job well done.

You will be required to do the following tasks:

  • Staining of wood products

  • Painting of wood products

  • Using air assisted spray guns to seal and topcoat

  • Must have knowledge of the pumps and spray guns

  • Keeping your work area neat and clean

  • Have the ability to be on your feet for a long period of time

  • Work as a team player

  • Work in a fast paced environment

This is a full time job working Monday through Friday 7am - 3:30pm. Paydays are every Friday. Direct deposit available. Health insurance, vacation, paid holidays and supplemental insurance is also available.

General Laborer: 1st Shift: full time position

As a general laborer, you will be be required to do the following tasks:

  • Hand sanding wood products 

  • Helping sprayers in the booth

  • Assembly work

  • Keeping your work area neat and clean 

  • Loading and unloading of automatic spray lines

  • Work as a team player

  • Work in a fast paced environment

  • Have the ability to be on your feet for a long period of time

  • No experience is required for this position, we will train.

1st Shift hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm
